References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean ‘Yo-Chi UK’.
2.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chi Club mobile application (“App”), participation in the Chi Club Membership Programme (“Chi Club Membership”) and our Website (www.yochi.co.uk), operated by us. By creating a membership account or using the App or our Website, you agree to these Terms.

Chi Club membership is designed to reward loyal Yo-Chi UK guests through points, exclusive offers and member benefits. To join, guests must download the Yo-Chi UK app and register a new membership account.
4.2.1 Upon registration, guests are required to provide accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, email, favourite venue and postcode. It is the guest’s responsibility to keep these details up to date within the app. Yo-Chi will not be liable for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communication resulting from incomplete or outdated information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4.2.2 Parent/Guardian Managed Accounts (Under 13s)
4.2.3 Yo-Chi UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, duplicate accounts have been created or where required for legal or operational reasons.
4.2.4 Each guest is permitted to hold one membership only, which must be linked to a unique email address. Membership barcodes must not be copied, transferred, shared or duplicated.
4.2.5 Guests may opt out of the Chi Club at any time via the App settings.
5.1 First Month Offers: From time to time, we may make promotional offers available to new members during their first month of membership (“First Month Offers”). The details, eligibility criteria, and duration of any First Month Offer will be stated in the App or in the promotional materials provided at the time you join.
5.2 Right to Amend or Withdraw: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time where it is necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or where continuing the promotion would be unlawful, impractical or unfair to Chi Club members. Any changes will be communicated in a fair and transparent manner. However, if you have already qualified for a First Month Offer, we will honour that offer for the remainder of your applicable first month period, unless withdrawal or amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, or where continuing the offer would be impossible due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5.3 Fair Use: We may limit, suspend, or cancel access to a First Month Offer if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created multiple accounts to obtain the offer unfairly, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
5.4 No Cash Value: First Month Offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used in accordance with the terms stated in the App.
6.1 Chi Club members earn 1 Chi Point for every £10 spent in a Yo-Chi UK venue. Points are calculated automatically to the penny, meaning a £14.49 purchase will earn 1.449 Chi Points. Points displayed in the app are rounded to two decimal places. Once a member reaches 10 Chi Points, they are eligible to redeem a £10 Yo-Chi UK voucher. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, used as part-payment, or applied to transactions below the value of £10. Any remaining balance on a Yo-Chi voucher is not redeemable for cash.
6.2 Points can be earned on all full-priced products sold in Yo-Chi UK venues, excluding gift cards and eGift Cards. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on online purchases or gift card transactions. Points will not be earned on transactions where a point-of-sale (POS) discount has been applied. The use of coupons or promotional vouchers does not affect point accrual unless a POS discount has also been applied.
7.1 Members who have entered their date of birth in the app will receive a birthday reward in the ‘Treats’ section of their Yo-Chi account. This reward is issued as a £7 Yo-Chi UK voucher on the member’s birthday.
7.2 The voucher must be redeemed within 14 days of issue, including the issue date, and is valid for a single transaction only. Any remaining balance above £7 must be paid by the guest. No change will be given.
7.3 The birthday voucher is redeemable in Yo-Chi UK venues only and cannot be used online, via delivery platforms, or at any external stockists. Membership must be active and verified by 3:30am on the day of the member’s birthday to be eligible. To verify, the member will be sent a text message with a link; the member must click on the link which then verifies the member’s account.
8.1 Chi Points cannot be transferred, sold or assigned and are not redeemable for cash. Points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise specified.
8.2 Points cannot be accrued from online purchases or gift card or eGift Card purchases and cannot be earned when a discount or promotional voucher is applied.
8.3 If a member does not use their Chi Club membership for a continuous period of two years, their membership will be cancelled along with any accumulated points and benefits.
9.1 Yo-Chi UK reserves the right to monitor all Chi Club activity and may refuse to redeem or may cancel points, rewards or memberships where misuse, duplication or fraudulent behaviour is suspected.
9.2 Yo-Chi UK may suspend or terminate a membership where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or where reasonably necessary for operational or legal reasons. In the event of termination, all accrued points and entitlements will be forfeited, unless prohibited by law.
9.3 If we suspend or terminate your membership, you may not re-register or join using new details unless we formally invite you to do so.
10.1 All intellectual property rights in our Website, our App and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Those rights are licensed, not sold, to you for the purposes of using our Website and App. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights in our Website, our App or its content to you, except for the limited right to use them in accordance with these Chi Club Membership Programme T&Cs.
10.2 You must not use any part of our Website, App or their content for commercial purposes without first obtaining a licence from us or our licensors.
10.3 Additional restrictions apply to automated access and data extraction. You must not conduct, facilitate, authorise, or permit any text or data mining or web scraping involving our Website or our App or any services provided through or in connection with them. This restriction applies for any purpose, including developing, training, fine-tuning, or validating AI systems or models. It does not apply to the extent that applicable law prevents us from excluding or limiting text or data mining or web scraping by contract.
11.1 Nothing in these Yo-Chi Club Programme T&Cs limits our liability or your rights in circumstances where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these Yo-Chi Club Programme T&Cs limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, Yo-Chi UK, its affiliates and parent company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of our App.
11.3 Our App, including the Yo-Chi Club account functionality is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis without any promise or warranty that it will meet any standard, be fit for a particular purpose, be error free or uninterrupted or be available at any given time, that defects will be corrected or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful code.
11.4 Although we try to ensure that the information on our app is accurate and complete, we do not guarantee this.
12.1 Yo-Chi UK reserves the right to amend or withdraw benefits where reasonably necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or where continuing the benefit(s) would be unlawful, impractical or unfair to Chi Club members. Any changes will be communicated in a fair and transparent manner.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions and any related dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any such dispute or claim.

Each Yo-Chiever Voucher is valued at a maximum of £12 and is redeemable at any Yo-Chi venue across the UK. Any amount exceeding £12 must be paid by the guest at the time of purchase. Vouchers are valid only until the expiry date printed on the voucher.
